Welcome to Sensei Kap Ibara’s site. It took some time, because Sensei was so busy posting wisdom on his Polish facebook fanpage that he had no time or strength to work on the site.
Now that this site is up and running I’ll be working on its Polish version. It still needs work, so please be patient with me. Don’t expect any English language version wisdom from the Sensei any time soon 🙂 Perhaps in a few months that content will be available however 🙂
